Adam Gooch

Adam Gooch is the corporate executive chef of Commonplea Catering in Pittsburgh, PA. Throughout his career, Adam has received many awards and accolades for his exceptionally creative work in the kitchen. He has served as a Board Member for the American Culinary Federation and is currently the Culinary Council President of the International Caterers Association. 

 

Alan Berg

Alan Berg is a Certified Speaking Professional, specializing in workshops, on-site sales training, and group mastermind sessions with topics that range from sales and marketing, to improving websites, and crafting a real-world approach to social media. Alan is also a renowned author, having published many popular books on sales training and tips.

Anthony Lambatos

As a senior consultant for Certified Catering Consultants, Anthony Lambatos is a sought-after speaker whose passion is helping caterers create a culture that allows their businesses to thrive. Anthony and his wife, April, purchased Footers Catering from his father in 2010 – a Denver-based catering company that received the “Small Business of the Year” award from the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce in 2015.

Lon Lane

In 1991, Lon Lane founded Lon Lane’s Inspired Occasions in Kansas City and has since become a tastemaker in unique food preparation and customer service. As owner and chef, Lon continues to push his team to new heights and remains an innovative leader, tackling events of every size. 

Meryl Snow

With nearly 30 years in the special event and catering industry, Meryl Snow is the co-founder of Feastivities Events, and the creator of The Triangle Method. Meryl travels throughout North America training business clients in the areas of sales, marketing, design, and branding.

Robin Selden

For over 18 years, Robin Selden has guided Marcia Selden Catering & Event Planning as the executive chef. She is the creative force behind the company, and Robin prides herself on being passionate and imaginative in her craft.
